GPS Gateway is offering GPS Tracking system with 15-days money back guarantee. We evaluate you to use our GPS system within 15 days of receiving to commit you are fully satisfied with your decision to purchase our product.

if is there any damage or manufacturing defect please inform us 48 hours of the delivery date. we process refund will take maximum 7 working days.

GPS device must be same and in good physical condition to approve for a refund.

Note: we Provide one year or six month warranty as per product clearly mentioned on warranty card warranty is only applicable when device covered by the GPS gateway service package. Faulty and defective device will be replaced by GPS Gateway free of cost within it’s warranty periods.

Please note that this Return and Cancellation Policy does not apply to offline installation and corporate contracts.

Return of damaged or non-operational units

In case you have received a defective GPS Device, or if you think software is not working properly, please submit for return it immediately. If is there any damage GPS Tracking device , we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to GPS Gateway.
